Your dog must be under your control at all times.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>

To avoid tripping hazards, please keep your leash short.<\/p>

All dog accidents must be cleaned up immediately.<\/p>

Management reserves the right to remove unruly, noisy, or disruptive dogs from the swap meet.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Conduct all business inside your space.<\/p>

Conducting business in the isles is not permitted.<\/p>

Amplified noise may not carry beyond your spaces. Please be courteous and use headphones for music.<\/p>

Disruptive behavior gets the boot. Respect your neighbors.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

We are a rain or shine event. There will be no refunds for rainy\/windy days.<\/p>

Your space is limited to the area inside the white lines of the space(s) you’ve rented.<\/p>

Vehicles \/ trailers need to be parked straddling the back of spaces, not in spaces.<\/p>

Anchor canopy’s with weights. Wind gusts will happen. We recommend 50 pounds per leg.<\/p>

Remove your own trash from your rented space.<\/p>

Solar Generators only.<\/p>

Departure from space must be after 2:00 P.M. If you need to leave earlier contact the Swap Meet office.<\/p>

Set up is 5:30 A.M. for monthly vendors. 5:00 A.M. for food vendors.<\/p>

Vendors must have permission from the office to leave a vehicle on the parking lot on Saturday night.<\/p>

Be in your assigned spot by 6:30 A.M. Daily vendors may be assigned your spot after 6:30 A.M.<\/p>

Vendors must remove vehicles from pedestrian walkways by 8:00 A.M.<\/p>

Vendors dogs must be kept within your rented space and NOT disturb your neighbors.<\/p>

Place trash in dumpsters at north end of the Swap Meet.\u00a0<\/p>

Selling of guns is prohibited.<\/p>

Selling of pornography is prohibited.<\/p>

Vendors must obey all federal, state and local laws pertaining to selling of regulated products.<\/p>

Selling food requires a Mohave County Health Permit. Permit must be displayed and be visible to the public.<\/p>

Non-profit vendors are allotted 4 free spaces per season.<\/p>

Swap Meet insurance does not cover you or your business. Cover yourself. Get insurance.<\/p>

A current Lake Havasu City business license is required after 3 Swap Meet attendances. A copy must be given to the Swap Meet office. The city enforcement may ask to see it.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
