Conduct all business inside your space.

Conducting business in the isles is not permitted.

Amplified noise may not carry beyond your spaces. Please be courteous and use headphones for music.

Disruptive behavior gets the boot. Respect your neighbors.


Your space is limited to the area inside the white lines of the space(s) you’ve rented.

Vehicles / trailers need to be parked straddling the back of spaces, not in spaces.

Anchor canopy’s with weights. Wind gusts will happen. We recommend 50 pounds per leg.

Remove your own trash from your rented space.

Departure from space must be after 2:00 P.M. If you need to leave earlier contact the Swap Meet office.

Set up is 5:30 A.M. for monthly vendors. 5:00 A.M. for food vendors.

Vendors must have permission from the office to leave a vehicle on the parking lot on Saturday night.

Be in your assigned spot by 6:30 A.M. Daily vendors may be assigned your spot after 6:30 A.M.

Vendors must remove vehicles from pedestrian walkways by 8:00 A.M.

Vendors dogs must be kept within your rented space and NOT disturb your neighbors.

Place trash in dumpsters at north and south ends of the Swap Meet. One dumpster is also adjacent to the American Legion.

Selling of guns is prohibited.

Selling of pornography is prohibited.

Selling food requires a Mohave County Health Permit. Permit must be displayed and be visible to the public.

Non-profit vendors are allotted 4 free spaces per season.

Swap Meet insurance does not cover you or your business. Cover yourself. Get insurance.

A current Lake Havasu City business license is required after 3 Swap Meet attendances. A copy must be given to the Swap Meet office. The city enforcement may ask to see it.
